Green revolution of pyrolysis equipment

Biochar, as a stable carbon sequestration carrier, can directly create carbon sink benefits; pollution source control: after replacing coal-fired boilers, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions are close to zero, curbing PM2.5 pollution caused by open-air burning of straw from the root; full utilization of waste: gasification slag is converted into soil conditioners rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and wood vinegar is used to extract high-value-added chemicals, realizing the "agriculture-energy-environmental protection" triple cycle ecology.

Flexibly drive green transformation. Modern pyrolysis equipment is adapted to multiple scenarios through modular design: village-level power stations can use 0.8 kg of agricultural and forestry waste to generate 1 kWh of green electricity, and the supporting heating system covers 7% of the villagers' energy needs; provide stable high-calorific value gas (1200-2400kcal/Nm³) for high-temperature processes such as calcination and drying, solving the problem of "de-coalization" in high-energy-consuming industries.

Pyrolysis equipment is like a "smart alchemy furnace" for biomass resources.
